How this site works, and how I'm paid

Who runs this site

FilesToFunds.com is operated by Alan Bush, an independent Mode referral partner. It is not Mode's website, and I'm not a Mode employee.

How I'm paid

If a company I introduce signs a data license agreement with Mode and Mode pays it, Mode pays me a referral fee. That fee is paid by Mode on top of the company's offer; nothing is deducted from what the company receives, and I never charge or accept anything from the company. If a referral partner joins through my link, Mode may also pay me a sub-referral fee on companies that partner closes; it never reduces the partner's fee.
